How about hot guys reading books?
Yes, it is a book lover's soft porn; this awesome website I just discovered that invites readers to take snaps of cute blokes reading and send them in to be published online for all bookies to enjoy. Boys in uniform (my personal fav), boys in bookshops, topless boys on the beach, boys in Greece - and yes all of them with a book in hand, looking intensely lost in deep literacy love.
Slightly pervy? Maybe, but also incredibly good fun - especially as most posts include the title of the book said hot guy is reading. As most bookies will agree, there is something innately satisfying about looking at a picture and reading the titles of books shown in the background. Online auction sites are cracker for this; it seems taking photos of the stuff you want to sell in front of your bookcase is TradeMe de rigour - leading to hours of happy (albeit slightly stalkerish) perusing for those so inclined (yes I am one of them).
I'd love to submit my own beloved reading a book to Hot Guys Reading Books - after all, I think he is pretty damn hot obviously. The problem being, as HGRB creator Alli Rense writes on her site blurb: "there are plenty of attractive men in the world, but unfortunately few of them that are avid readers." And this sums up my honeypot perfectly. Cute...but book adverse. Too many words apparently. The closest reading material he allows is his monthly issue of "PC Powerplay" magazine and looking forlornly at the paperback his mother insists on buying him each Christmas ... and which I invariably read and tell him about so he can attempt to fool his mum that he has in fact done more than just toss it on the floor beside the bed. (Sorry to shatter any illusions if you are reading this Janice :P).

My other half is tucked up in bed reading as I type! He's reading some book about Hitler which isnt my cup of tea but he loves to read so I try to foster that as much as I can!

I think as long as the photos were as tasteful as the Hot Guys Reading Books website pics are (no gratuitous pics etc) then why not? Although it is far more common and therefore less novelty value for girls to be avid (and public) readers than boys. Just my humble opinion of course. :P

I don't have a reader either, but I keep him on for other things. ;-)
